Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Active Care Group, specializing in post-acute rehabilitation and managing long-term neurological conditions. The successful candidate will work in a supportive environment, providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programs to maximize independence and recovery.

About the Role:

  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop clinical formulations to inform treatment plans.
  • Design and deliver individual and group treatment programs, focusing on multidisciplinary working to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make data-driven decisions to improve patient care.
  • Supervise and support colleagues in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to security procedures and risk assessments.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, ensuring competence in psychological assessments and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers.
  • Ensure the protection of individuals' human rights and safety.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • At least two years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience or interest in neuropsychology and behavioral interventions.
  • Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
