About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to individuals seeking mental health support.
Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering a range of evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions to both private and healthcare funded clients. Your expertise will encompass NICE approved therapies such as DBT, CBT, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, EMDR, and Schema Therapy, alongside robust assessment skills utilizing psychometric tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Collaborate effectively with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in accordance with ethical guidelines and best practices.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our therapy services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Qualified Psychologist or Psychological / DBT Therapist
- Desirable: DBT Trained
