About the Role
We are seeking a qualified psychologist or DBT therapist to join our outpatient clinic team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering therapy according to evidence-based guidelines, with a range of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR. You will also be able to work autonomously in community-based settings and collaboratively with other teams and professionals.
To be eligible for this role, you will need to be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). We offer a supportive and friendly clinical team, with opportunities for CPD and professional development.

You will also be required to travel within the UK as part of your role, and a full UK driver's license is desirable. You will be confident in your ability to manage risk concerns in a patient-centred and effective manner, and to gather, interpret, and analyse data to ensure treatment is being delivered effectively.
