Senior Psychologist Outpatient Clinic

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our Outpatient Clinic team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering therapy according to evidence-based guidelines, with a range of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR. You will also be able to work autonomously within community-based settings, as well as collaboratively with other teams and professionals.
As a registered Psychologist with the HCPC, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage risk concerns in a patient-centred and effective manner, ensuring the safety of our service users. You will also be confident in your ability to gather, interpret, and analyse data to ensure treatment is being delivered effectively at both an individual and service development level.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join our existing team of passionate permanent and associate clinicians and lead on the delivery of a range of psychotherapeutic interventions to private and healthcare-funded clients. You will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy, as well as supervising and training other therapists as needed.
You will also be required to work collaboratively with other teams and professionals to ensure the effective delivery of our services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of our services, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Person Specification
