Learning Support Professional

This role involves working closely with teachers to ensure students develop their academic skills and achieve their learning goals. Adaptability is key when it comes to tailoring teaching approaches to meet individual students' needs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support students in acquiring academic skills and meeting learning targets
  2. Foster collaboration between teachers and other professionals to enhance student learning
  3. Tailor teaching methods to cater to diverse student needs
Essential Qualifications
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Hold a postgraduate qualification in Education or a relevant field
  • Acknowledge additional training in special education or learning support
