About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Wokingham, GB. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling activities throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with all disciplines to identify planning scope, constraints, and contract requirements.
  • Build the programme from first principles, ensuring that programme content is functionally compliant with planning procedures and guidance.
  • Produce and document planning deliverables, including programme copies, basis of schedule, presentations, and reports.
  • Reconcile company and sub-contract plant/labour and major materials elements.
  • Work with the Risk Management team to identify and apply time risk allowance, terminal float, etc.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 across all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Awareness of schedule quality metrics such as DCMA 14-point, and associated tools.
  • Experience with Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis, and associated tools.
  • Substantial experience of projects within the construction industry worth £1m – £100m.
  • Experience in working with NEC contracts, including strong understanding of the various forms of tender documents, contract documents, and specifications.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering, construction, or project management related discipline.
