Job Title: Processing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Processing Administrator to join our team at Fowler Welch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of orders from suppliers and internal depots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using various reports created from the WMS system.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal depots, and customers to resolve any issues or queries.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet set deadlines, ensuring high levels of accuracy and productivity.
  • Identify and escalate any outstanding orders that have not been received in a timely manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as sorting and sending internal and external post, and processing stationery and uniform orders.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Experience of working within a distribution or transport environment is desirable.
