Job Summary:

Huntress Search Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team in Maidstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all payroll functions, including processing payrolls, preparing and drafting documents, and submitting information to HMRC.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to convey complex information to colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all payroll functions, including processing payrolls
  • Prepare and draft documents such as pay slips, P45s and P60's
  • Submit information to HMRC
