They are now looking for a new Sales Administrator to support the a National Account Manager within the well-established, fun, upbeat and positive team with great leadership working with truly great people.
**The role of a Administrator**
Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, a really lovely, engaging and supportive person, you will be joining a well-established National Sales team.
Assisting the National Account Manager, you will support the relationships with key retail partners.
Identify and understand the customers’ needs whilst communicating in a professional manner to provide a knowledgeable, accurate and concise information service.
Purchase order management. Processing and uploading orders.
Maintain communication to ensure stock availability.
Support with customer stock forecasting and provide input to the NAM.
Work collaboratively with all areas of the Company to ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers.
Engage excellent problem-solving techniques by identifying the root cause through to resolution, to maximise customer satisfaction.
Ensure ownership of key areas of responsibility, to meet the business objectives.
Understand and exceed customer expectations.
Understand how you contribute to the on-going success of the Company.
