The ideal candidate will have experience as a Security Officer and be able to adapt to changing situations effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring they feel valued through correct protocols.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and developments to provide accurate information to staff and visitors.
  • Collaborating with the Building Management team and coordinating efforts efficiently.
  • Responding promptly and appropriately to incidents while adhering to company guidelines for safety and security.
  • Recognizing hostile reconnaissance techniques and reporting any suspicious behavior to maintain a secure environment.
  • Adapting to changes in procedures or the working environment, ensuring smooth operations through effective change management.

This role requires strong skills and qualifications, including:

  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices in the workplace
  • SIA license
  • Previous Security experience is advantageous
  • Ability to manage pressure and handle various situations with professionalism

In this challenging and rewarding role, you can expect a competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
