This challenging position involves working Monday to Friday, dedicating 60 hours per week to maintaining top-tier security standards. A valid SIA license is essential, reflecting our dedication to upholding the highest standards in the security industry. Reliable transportation links are also crucial.

As a Protection Specialist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and well-being of our clients. You'll be part of a team that values professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the safety and security of our client's property, premises, customers, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems to ensure prompt response to potential threats.
  • Carry out regular site patrols to deter potential incidents and maintain a secure environment.
  • Escort visitors across the site when necessary, providing a high level of security and discretion.
  • Establish trust and credibility with clients and colleagues through exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Manage potential threats until the arrival of law enforcement or other external agencies.
  • Identify and report any loss or waste incidents to maintain accurate records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues, customers, and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • SIA License
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to stay alert and focused throughout shifts.
  • Basic PC skills would be beneficial, but not required.
