About the Role

This role will involve administering and coordinating local HR processes and tasks for employee lifecycle activities, ensuring that all aspects of the employee journey are seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To administer and coordinate local HR processes and tasks for employee lifecycle activities.
  • Manage queries triaged from the EMEA People Services and Operations team to the local HR inbox, responding to Tier 1 queries in a timely, efficient manner while retaining a high level of customer service.
  • Co-ordinate Employee Relations and Centre of Expertise queries including outsourced provider queries as appropriate to the HR specialists to help with a timely and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of UK onboarding processes, workforce administration processes, HR policies and procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of HR practices (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, talent management, etc).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
