Job Description

We are seeking an experienced People Services Coordinator to join our team at Hearst UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is keen to work in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People Operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of key projects.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new starters and leavers.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Prepare and distribute various reports and communications as required.
  • Support with payroll administration, including preparing monthly back-ups and assisting with timesheet management.
  • Co-ordinate benefits administration, including updating portals and communicating with employees.

About You

  • You have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • You have experience working in an HR or People Operations role, with knowledge of employment law and best practices.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
