Teaching Assistant for Children with Special Needs

Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted support to SEN learners in a mainstream or specialist school setting.
- Assist in developing and implementing IEPs and behavior management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging and accessible learning materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a classroom TA, preferably supporting SEN learners.
- NVQ qualification is advantageous, but Unqualified Teaching Assistants with relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to supporting learners with special needs.
Salary and Benefits
