Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Grosvenor Casino Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the team, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement effective plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Customer Focus
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded through effective customer service and engagement
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Commercial Acumen
    • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
    • Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement
  • People Management
    • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to support team development
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners
    • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure that everyone is aligned with business objectives

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a senior leadership role in the gaming or hospitality industry
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Proven ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies
