About the OpportunityThis exciting role involves coordinating and implementing inclusive learning strategies to ensure all students receive equal access to education. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teaching staff to develop and deliver tailored interventions, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
- Coordinate and implement inclusive learning strategies, fostering a culture of equity and excellence
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and deliver targeted interventions, driving student success
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of inclusive learning initiatives, identifying areas for improvement
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and SENCO qualification, demonstrating your expertise in special educational needs
- Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs, showcasing your ability to adapt and innovate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to build effective relationships and drive results
In return for your passion and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
