Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inclusive Learning Assistant to join our team. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in schools. Your primary responsibility will be to provide academic, social, and emotional support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with SEND in their academic and social development
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans for students
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support

Salary: The salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, to support your professional growth and well-being.
