Infrastructure Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our infrastructure and buildings team, ensuring the safe maintenance of our railway's track, civil engineering, infrastructure, and buildings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in motivating and managing teams, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. They will also possess a 'hands-on' engineering approach with practical experience and theoretical knowledge in a civil engineering or buildings discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of required infrastructure resources for timetabled train services.
- Provide expert advice on civil engineering and building maintenance.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About Us: We are a registered charity operating an eight-mile long 2ft 6in gauge railway through mid-Wales countryside, carrying over 25,000 passengers annually.
