Job Title: Civil Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to oversee the civil engineering and building maintenance activities of our railway and buildings team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or buildings discipline, with practical experience and theoretical knowledge in managing and maintaining infrastructure resources for our timetabled train services.

The Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway is a registered charity operating in mid-Wales, providing a unique tourist experience and educational opportunities for the public.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the civil engineering and building maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our train services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on civil engineering and building maintenance projects.
