Requirements:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a domiciliary care setting.">
- A full driving license and willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius.">
- Strong leadership and communication skills.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.">
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.">
What We Offer:
">We offer a competitive salary of £31,000 per annum plus car allowance, opportunities for professional development and career progression, and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and innovation.
">Estimated Salary Range:
">£31,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
