Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Avon Support Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of a young man with a mixture of ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and participate in daily activities in the community, both indoors and outdoors, to promote independence and a fulfilling life.
  • Encourage learning and skill development through fun and engaging activities.
  • Provide emotional support and stability to the individual, ensuring a calm and patient approach.
  • Collaborate with the individual to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Mental Health, ADHD, and Autism support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
