Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive for Big Feastival. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets for assigned shows.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, event sales experience, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for maximizing all potential revenue to achieve/exceed event targets, achieving and maintaining high activity levels, and working closely with members of the sales team to develop ideas and approaches.
Main Responsibilities:- Maximize all potential revenue to achieve/exceed event targets.
- Achieve and maintain high activity (over 40 dials a day).
- Achieve agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential new clients.
- Maintain, develop and manage sales database.
- Demonstrable/established experience in sales/event sales.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience, ideally in event sales.
- High IT competency; knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office programmes.
- Good telesales experience and results.
- Experience of sales planning.
- Organised with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
The role involves regular weekend work where you may be required to travel to events, including Big Feastival, Taste of London, and Hampton Court Palace festival.
You will also need to travel for meetings as part of the role and may occasionally work longer hours in the lead up to events.
