We're seeking a talented Graduate Building Services Engineer to join our construction team based in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a rewarding career in construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and management of essential building systems, including mechanical, electrical systems.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to develop and refine design concepts that meet client specifications and comply with industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD and BIM software.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data, assess project needs, and ensure designs are implemented correctly.

About the Graduate Scheme:

Our graduate scheme is designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership. The programme will take 2 years to complete and includes practical experience, skill improvement, networking, and career insight.

Requirements:

  • Due to graduate in 2025 or have recently graduated within the past three years.
  • Hold a degree in building services engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in building services engineering and a passion for sustainable design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Basic understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must hold Full UK Drivers Licence.
