Graduate Building Services Engineer

We are seeking a talented Graduate Building Services Engineer to join our construction team in Plymouth. As a Graduate Building Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of essential building systems, including mechanical, electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and coordination of building services systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and refine design concepts that meet client specifications and comply with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data, assess project needs, and ensure designs are implemented correctly.

Requirements:
- Recent graduate in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building services engineering and a passion for sustainable design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant engineering tools.
- Basic understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
