Civil Highway Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Highway Engineer to join our team at Flexicruit. As a key member of our transport planning department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the infrastructure of the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design projects from simple access solutions to complex junction improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members and help drive the business forward by developing new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to secure essential design approvals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of highway design processes, principles, and guidance.
  • Manage projects under S278 and S38 agreements.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in highway engineering design or a related consultancy role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoTrack is a must. Experience with Civils 3D, town planning, and drainage design is a plus.
  • A degree in civil engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK with a valid UK driving licence.
