Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects from simple access solutions to complex junction improvements
  • Mentor junior team members and help drive the business forward by developing new client relationships
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to secure essential design approvals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of highway design processes, principles, and guidance
  • Manage projects under S278 and S38 agreements
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in highway engineering design or a related consultancy role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoTrack
  • Experience with Civils 3D, town planning, and drainage design is a plus
  • A degree in civil engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK with a valid UK driving licence
