Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Artist Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artist management, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the music industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a roster of high-calibre artists for general and local management
- Coordinate and maintain partnerships with event organizers and orchestras nationally and internationally
- Travel nationally and internationally to concerts, conferences, and business meetings
- Develop and maintain a broad network within the music and events scene
- Have a strong knowledge of classical music repertoire
- Extensive experience in artist management
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent German and English skills (for the Berlin office), or fluent English skills (for the London office) with knowledge of German an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- ~30 days of paid annual leave in addition to public holidays
- ~ A flexible working culture, allowing for 2-3 days working from home per week
- ~ In Berlin: leasing of a bike for work, Deutschlandticket covered
- ~ In London: health and travel insurance, Cycle to Work Scheme and Season Ticket Loan
