Colas Ltd, a UK subsidiary of the global Colas Group, is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and recording current and future works for the operational team, allocating resources to ensure timely completion of projects, and identifying potential resourcing issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Programme and record current and future works for the operational team
  • Allocate resources to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Identify potential resourcing issues and highlight them to the Operations team
  • Support the Operational team and Workshop team with office-based tasks
  • Monitor activity times and make changes to programmes and schedules as needed

Requirements:

  • GCSE A* - C in English and Maths
  • Experience within Highways and reactive maintenance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
