Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Scheduler to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating highway maintenance activities, ensuring efficient working practices, and allocating resources to meet client requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Programme and record current and future works for the operational team
- Allocate resources to enable works contracts to be delivered on time
- Monitor activity times and make changes to programmes and schedules as needed
- Report and manage non-compliance to programme or schedule
- Participate in managing outputs of gangs and plan and schedule works in the most efficient manner
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in project scheduling, preferably in the highways or reactive maintenance sector. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to provide a high-quality service.
You will have a proactive approach, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines. You will also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.
