The Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will play a vital role in helping residents meet their interests and needs, while ensuring inclusive participation for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with residents, team members, and family members to assess needs and preferences
  • Deliver engaging activities tailored to individual needs and abilities
  • Build strong relationships with residents and families to develop care plans and life stories
  • Create memorable experiences that celebrate residents' interests and hobbies
  • Establish partnerships with local communities to provide opportunities for social interaction and growth
Essential Skills:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic IT skills and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
