We are in search of a skilled Technical Trainer to become part of our dynamic team at the IVECO Academy in Winsford. This role involves delivering a variety of engaging and informative training programs tailored for IVECO Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Trainer position presents a thrilling chance to contribute to a high-performing team.

In a modern training environment equipped with cutting-edge technology, the Technical Trainer will be tasked with delivering essential technical training programs to dealer technicians.

Utilizing your enthusiasm, technical expertise, and knowledge, the Technical Trainer will:

  • Conduct essential technical training programs, including Electric Vehicle (EV) training, for dealer technicians.
  • Provide engaging, learner-centered training solutions in line with TAP methodology.
  • Ensure all training delivery aligns with IVECO's brand culture and standards.
  • Incorporate innovative digital technologies in remote learning sessions.
  • Assist in the development of learner-focused training materials that meet IVECO's requirements.
  • Adapt European training materials for technical and new model launch courses.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to training delivery, including course rosters and assessments.
  • Represent IVECO GB, MSX International, and the Training Academy at various events, including Train the Trainer sessions and product launches.
  • Meet the performance standards outlined in yearly objectives and KPI/SLA agreements.

Candidate Profile

We seek a Technical Trainer who possesses a deep passion for the Truck industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Master Technician status, preferably with experience in automotive brands.
  • A proven history of meeting objectives and targets.
  • A dynamic and engaging communication style that fosters participant engagement.
  • Current knowledge of learning and development theories, practices, and technological advancements.
  • A natural inclination and capability to coach and develop others.
  • Preferably an industry-recognized training accreditation and technical qualifications.
  • An understanding of assessment tools and their relevance to learning and development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
