Position Overview
As a vital member of our team, the Training Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the IVECO Academy by ensuring a seamless experience for all participants attending our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
The Training Operations Coordinator will assist in various aspects of Academy Management, including:
  • Creating and managing training schedules for both technical and non-technical courses, collaborating with IVECO and Training Teams to meet network training needs.
  • Overseeing the IVECO Learning Management System (LMS), which includes:
    • Updating and maintaining training schedules.
    • Ensuring the digital content within the LMS is accurately uploaded and functional.
    • Managing course cancellations, delegate attendance, and completion processes.
    • Setting up delegates within the LMS.
    • Providing initial support for training inquiries from the IVECO network via various communication channels.
  • Working closely with the IVECO Academy team to foster high levels of network engagement and facilitate progress towards required qualifications.
  • Coordinating social media initiatives on behalf of the IVECO Academy.
  • Handling reporting requirements by utilizing LMS data and presenting it in suitable formats through analytical tools.
  • Delivering comprehensive administrative support across key areas, including training invoicing, external certification bodies, and academy operations.
  • Developing supplier relationships to ensure effective service delivery from key partners of the IVECO Academy.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Training Operations Coordinator role will possess exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills. This position is well-suited for individuals with strong communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Essential Qualifications
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
  • Experience in building robust relationships with an influential approach, understanding the dynamics of a fast-paced training environment.
  • Proficiency in planning intricate schedules of activities.
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Dealer Network industry (preferred).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferred).
