MSX International is in search of a skilled Technical Trainer to become a vital part of our dynamic team at the IVECO Academy in Winsford. This role encompasses delivering a variety of engaging and informative training programs tailored for IVECO Technicians.
Key Responsibilities
The Technical Trainer position presents a thrilling chance to contribute to a high-performing team.
Operating within state-of-the-art training environments equipped with the latest technology, the Technical Trainer will be tasked with providing essential technical training programs to Dealer technicians.
Utilizing your enthusiasm, technical expertise, and knowledge, the Technical Trainer will:
- Conduct essential technical training programs, including Electric Vehicle (EV) training, for Dealer technicians
- Create engaging, learner-centered training solutions that adhere to TAP methodology
- Ensure all training delivery aligns with the IVECO brand culture and standards
- Employ innovative digital technologies during remote learning sessions
- Assist in the development of learner-focused course materials that meet IVECO requirements
- Modify European training materials for technical and new model launch courses
- Manage all administrative tasks related to training delivery, such as maintaining course rosters and scoring assignments/tests
- Represent IVECO GB, MSX International, and the Training Academy at factory or brand-led events, including Train the Trainer sessions and Product Launches
- Execute all responsibilities in accordance with established yearly objectives and KPI/SLA agreements between IVECO and MSX
Candidate Profile
We seek a Technical Trainer who possesses a deep-rooted passion for the Truck industry.
Our ideal candidates will have practical vocational skills and expertise, including:
- Master Technician status (with experience in automotive brands)
- A proven history of meeting objectives
- A dynamic and engaging communication style that captivates all participants
- Current knowledge of learning and development theories, practices, and methodologies, including technological advancements
- A natural inclination and ability to coach and mentor others
- Preferably hold an industry-recognized training accreditation and technical qualifications
- Familiarity with assessment tools and their relevance to learning and development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
