About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Calibration Specialist to join our team at AXISCADES. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a wide variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate diesel engine performance and emissions systems
  • Verify and validate engine components and systems
  • Manage component validation plans and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities
  • Analyze data and conduct failure analysis using industry-standard methods
  • Prepare technical reports and communicate results effectively
  • Collaborate with platform teams and global Caterpillar facilities as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Experience in engine performance and emissions calibration, data analysis, and reporting
  • Knowledge of emissions measurement techniques, worldwide emission regulations, and emissions measurement hardware
  • PC literacy and excellent use of MS Office components
  • High standard of written technical reporting

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
