Job Title: Head of Fleet Sales

At INEOS Automotive, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our fleet sales efforts globally. As the Head of Fleet Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global fleet sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Manage a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or qualified by experience.
  • Extensive experience in sales, including time in a leadership role within the automotive or fleet sales industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
