Fleet Sales Manager Job Description

At INEOS Automotive, we're building a utilitarian 4X4 that's changing the game. As our Fleet Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the regional success of Grenadier as a commercial vehicle within the fleet sales sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and develop the Fleet Sales business for Grenadier, leveraging existing and new contacts to enter the commercial fleet sector.
  2. Create a global business plan showcasing the viability, credibility, and capabilities of Grenadier within the fleet sector.
  3. Engage with fleet clients to understand their requirements and develop bespoke solutions through excellence in engineering.
  4. Provide a single point of contact for fleet clients within the INEOS Automotive global support sales and after-sales network.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of leading and winning multimillion tenders in the automotive industry.
  2. Excellent product and engineering understanding, with the ability to balance commercial requirements with manufacturing operations.
  3. Strong network and excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and online.
