We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Hotel du Vin in Exeter.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the smooth running of all events and functions
  • Work as part of the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Help control the flow of service and communicate with the Kitchen and restaurant management team
  • Maintain current standards in our 3 AA rosette restaurant
