Food and Beverage Assistant Role at Hotel Du Vin

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of all events, working closely with the Kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure seamless experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our 3 AA rosette restaurant
  • Communicate effectively with the Kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure smooth and controlled experiences for our guests
  • Help control the flow of service and maintain current standards

Requirements:

  • Passion for food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage is an advantage
  • Ability to work a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends
