Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the smooth running of all events, including weddings, conferences, and private dining functions.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with the Kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure smooth and controlled experiences for our guests.
  • Maintain current standards in our 3 AA rosette restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends.
