We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Hotel du Vin in Exeter.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the smooth running of events and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering amazing hospitality experiences. You will work closely with the Kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages to a high standard
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure smooth service and maintain high standards
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Food and Beverage team, supporting events and daily operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for food and beverage and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends
