The Hospitality team at Villa Park is seeking a talented Senior Hospitality Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of hospitality accounts, selling premium experiences to clients, and identifying opportunities for upsell and new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a base of hospitality accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring repeat business
  • Sell premium experiences to existing clients, including seasonal packages, match-by-match packages, and hospitality events
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and new business, working closely with the wider hospitality team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a professional service and supporting their needs

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to confidently sell premium experiences to existing clients, with a strong understanding of hospitality packages and events
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Experience in managing business clients, preferably from an account management background
