Service Manager Opportunity in Adult Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to oversee a respite setting for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and some challenging behaviors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing support for at least 45 individuals annually, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support for individuals with complex needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
