  • Support the Chief HR Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Coordinate meetings and events.
  • Manage calendars and run event budgets.
  • Process invoices and handle expenses.
  • Book travel and arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Great teamwork skills with international relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proactive approach and ability to take initiative.
  • Tech-savvy – proficient use of G-suite, Microsoft Office, Coupa, Zoom, and Slack.

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on experience.
