Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant. The role involves providing exceptional support to our Directors and contributing to the smooth operation of our newly relocated infrastructure business.
Main Duties:- Coordinating Meetings: Arrange meetings across different time zones, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up.
- International Travel: Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for Director-level personnel.
- Expense Claims: Process and manage expense reports, maintaining accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Internal Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for the PA/EA network, responding to queries and providing support when needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess prior experience in a similar administrative position, with a strong focus on organisation and communication. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.
Remuneration:The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, based on your location and level of experience.
