Learning and Development Manager

Inizio Engage is seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Manager to join our Client, a leading UK Law firm. As a key member of the HR Team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful Learning and Development programs that drive business growth and employee success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive Learning and Development strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging training courses, workshops, and programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and effective training content.
- Coordinate internal professional development programs, including leadership development and soft skills training.
- Source and book external training courses and vendors to support employee development.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on career development and growth opportunities.
