The successful candidate will report to the HR Director and be responsible for ensuring that learning initiatives are strategically aligned with the company's objectives. The role will involve overseeing internal training and collaborating with external apprenticeship providers to create a robust, continuous learning environment that drives individual and company success.

Key responsibilities include:

* Designing and delivering training programmes that meet the needs of employees
* Collaborating with external providers to develop and implement apprenticeship programmes
* Evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and making recommendations for improvement
* Developing and implementing a learning strategy that aligns with the company's objectives
