Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Community Safety Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers feel safe and informed about building safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the vital link between our customers and the Building Safety team
  • Ensure customers have up-to-date information on building safety matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, customer service)
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a safety-related context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
