Job Overview

This exciting opportunity as a Resident Services Assistant at Clifford House offers a 38.5-hour workweek with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in upholding our core values and providing exceptional customer service to students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and friendly meet-and-greet service to students and visitors.
  • Assist with reception duties, help desk operations, and contribute to back-office functions.
  • Support open days, intake days, departures, and daily interactions with students, visitors, and external contacts.
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all by handling inquiries via email, website, telephone, and in-person.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent IT skills, exceptional customer care abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
