We are seeking an experienced and motivated physiotherapist to join our team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a physiotherapist looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across our three hospital sites. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and contribute to the development of our physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across our three hospital sites.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Contribute to the development of our physiotherapy services.
- Participate in on-call duties and contribute to the delivery of our 7-day service.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the training of junior staff.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Degree in physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working in an acute NHS environment.
- Ability to work across 7 days and participate in on-call duties.
- Commitment to working in Worcestershire.
