About the RoleAs a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of individuals' functional abilities, using your clinical knowledge and expertise to make recommendations to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). You will work closely with our team to ensure that assessments are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our clients receive the best possible service.
What We Offer- A competitive starting salary of £38,500, with opportunities for salary increases and bonuses
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday (rising to 27 after 5 years) and a range of discounts and perks
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and career
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
- One year post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
- Fully registered with the relevant professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC)
- Excellent observational, communication, and IT skills
- A valid driving licence or transport to the nearest assessment centre
